I find it a shame to have to put your new car after 5 months for a gearbox problem, sunroof, door handle, time display, GPS screen that hangs. Not the fault of the concession I agree. But do you find it normal to buy a vehicle at 30000 and have a polo in a very bad state of 2011 in a loan vehicle? I find that very unfortunate. This said the sales team and especially Andy was very responsive and called me to apologize in person. Thank you to him for his professionalism. Bravo Sir, it's rare these days.
