I am very shocked at the level of care that my aunt received recently. My aunt and her power of attorney clearly informed the hospital that she wants to be recesitated in case of an emergency so It was a shock to see a "Do Not Recesitate" order on my aunts paperwork today. My aunt was also discharged today with no discharge papers or instructions regarding her newly prescribed meds. I would like to speak to someone about this matter right way. There are a number of other things that went wrong today as well. I am very, very disappointed.
