I've had nothing put a positive experience with the Shavitz team. From my appointment set up with Hope, the my technicial Craig, to the project manager Will- all my professional and kept a healthy line of communications. The team made me feel comfortable with examining my AC unit and explained the issues that were occuring. 5 stars!
