This is a ZERO stars experience. Please look elsewhere for car maintenance. We took in the car for a walk in service because they refused to take appointments. When we got there, they told us it would be "about an hour and a half". 3 hours go by with no update, we have work at 3pm. 2pm rolls by, still no update. We call and they say it's ready. We go in and they say no it's not ready. When we address our concerns to them, they gave us the typical "costumer service BS speil" and said they were "backed up". Regardless, your failure to properly manage your cars and high work flow should not fall on your clients. You should CALL to NOTIFY your clients of time changes. And of course, they offered nothing for the inconvenience. They gave us the car at 230, we left in a rush. UNPROFESSIONAL!
