For anyone considering coaching, I would absolutely recommend it! Last year, my first full year in the business, I finished the year around $7 Million. This year, only 10 months in, I have already closed $10.5 Million, I am close to doubling my business.

What's been most helpful to me is getting on paper my metrics for success; pinning down my CSFs, knowing what they should be and then having someone to hold me accountable and stay consistent to that income producing activity. I also greatly appreciate the problem solving and trouble-shooting I get to do with my coach.

Coaching has been instrumental in my growth. The numbers don't lie!
