We had an exceptional experience working with Zac White and team at Fairway Mortgage. I had done extensive research looking to find a mortgage lender in the Phoenix area as we were living in Seattle purchasing a second home in AZ. The reviews were very positive for this specific Fairway branch, so I reached out to Zac. Ironically, our realtor in Phoenix provided us two lender recommendation, one of them being Zac at Fairway. She was not aware I had just contacted him the day before. This further assured us we made a good choice in selecting Fairway.

Throughout the process, Zac and his team were professional, knowledgeable, informative, and very responsive in their communication. Several times I reached out late in the evening or early on a weekend morning with questions, not expecting a response until the following day, and Zac responded within minutes every time.

What I most appreciated was Zach's sharing of information. Throughout the process, he offered options and insights for consideration in our decision-making that I feel helped ensure we were best-positioned to achieve our objectives. He was also very informative in terms of next steps, thus, eliminating any surprises in the process. Zac's approach not only ensues the process is smooth and completed on time, but it also builds trust which my wife and I value.
