One star because I can only give it to the poor guy working alone who checked my car in and out.
The car was a POS. Dirty and dinged and knicked everywhere. I had to make sure I wrote it all down so I wouldn t end up owning the thing. The agreed upon upgrade was rediculous. A soul to a SUV upgrade got me a Toyota Rav. Poor service at the desk. Slow as Christmas. Save your self some time and get a better ride, pay the extra dollar a day and book with a better company.
What a waste...
