I am totally satisfied with my experience buying a new Toyota from Toyota of Irving. The sales people I dealt with were very helpful and professional, allowing me multiple test drives, answering all my questions, and negotiating the sale. There were no hidden charges in the final paperwork, or a last minute price change which I've sadly experienced at other dealerships when buying a new car. And there was no pressure to buy the additional services and add ons like maintenance insurance, additional options, etc. that all dealerships present to buyers in the closing process. They simply presented those items as things available if I was interested, but no hard sales pitch for any of them.
