Beautiful hotel but poor customer service.. on breakfast buffet they charge $5 for an omelette, any other style no charge!! Didn't know it requires a master chef or something... mr F&B manager there are many other ways to generate revenue, this is a poor choice.. bed making is terrible, go to hotel school and do a refresher course, this hotel requires urgent replacement of leadership otherwise what a waste...
