Last time we stayed here we had a wonderful view of the beach in a room higher up, this time when we got to the room on a lower floor not so wonderful. I went to the front desk and asked if there was something better, they gave us a room on the 18th floor with an amazing view of Waikiki. They really went beyond our expectations.
