I bought some merchandise on E-bay 10 days ago. I couldn't get into PayPal (again), so I paid with my credit card. The vendor promised 3 day delivery. I was charged immediately, but no product. I looked at Ebay's site, and there is no sign of payment history, or account activity. I'd forgotten this happened last time as well. Never again. This time, I'm going to my credit union, and having them reverse the charges. Thieves.
