They transmit the information to you in an opaque way and then you have no way to claim, much less to get money back. I would not recommend anyone to sign anything with this company. For returning a receipt of 3 (corresponding to a third receipt when I expressly sign 2), they charge me 10 euros more, that has a name: usury.
