All of the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Our main contact, Jansen, was especially helpful, very enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable about the car which he sold us. He explained features very clearly, and was able to answer the many questions that we put to him.
The day after the sale, we discovered that the charging cable for our electric car, the e-up! was faulty. It was a great shock to realise that we could not charge our brand new car. This is not a criticism of the dealership - on the contrary - but it does reflect badly on VW quality control. However, Jansen responded very quickly to ensure that we had a replacement cable as soon as possible.
