Been staying here every time i go to Tokyo for the past 5 years.

Cons:
- About 40 minutes to shibuya/shinjuku area.
- Room design looks very old. Feels like hotels in North Korea.

Pros:
- Excellent service.
- Location is great for tourists. Just stone throw away from Divercity.
- Shimbashi is also a good area to explore the food and to shop.
- Very great deal for a 5 star hotel with a full service.

I m currently staying in a family room. It s basically 2 rooms that are connected with a connecting door. There s only one big bath room with shower, bath tub, and . But there s another extra toilet for and sink.
