My insurance company had the settlement of storm damage that caused a leakage to my roof handled via CED. It took almost a year to get the damage repaired. That could certainly have been faster as far as I am concerned.
I did not experience contact with CED employees as professional at all. I got the impression that the assignment was to "send the customer" as much as possible "into the forest". The topper was that I called about the fact that in case of rain the water ran along the walls because no temporary repair had taken place, after which the employee indicated: "That is not a problem because the damage to walls and floor that is caused by this falls. nevertheless under consequential damage and that will be reimbursed anyway ".
