My insurance company had the settlement of storm damage that caused a leakage to my roof handled via CED. It took almost a year to get the damage repaired. That could certainly have been faster as far as I am concerned.
I did not experience contact with CED employees as professional at all. I got the impression that the assignment was to "send the customer" as much as possible "into the forest". The topper was that I called about the fact that in case of rain the water ran along the walls because no temporary repair had taken place, after which the employee indicated: "That is not a problem because the damage to walls and floor that is caused by this falls. nevertheless under consequential damage and that will be reimbursed anyway ". Talking about limitation of claims ..................
