I highly, highly suggest you find a different place to stay. I was extremely disappointed with the hotel, service, and communication with management. The list of complaints are too numerous to list, so I'll just highlight one: I specifically sought a hotel which offered breakfast since I was traveling with my 21 year old son. When I booked in Sept., 2020 directly through the hotel (keep in mind that Covid-19 restrictions were already in place), I was told that breakfast was being served. The first morning of our stay, we were handed a paper bag with pudding, granola bars, and water. This is dessert, not breakfast. The second morning, there was no breakfast as they had supposedly run out by 8am; so I had to take my son out for breakfast thus adding to the expense of our trip. When I tried to contact the manager (several times), regarding the quality of our stay, I did not receive a response until I contacted upper management. When I finally received a response, it was apparent that either the manager did not read my correspondence in its entirety or flat out lied. Upper management simply closed the case and left an extremely dissatisfied customer. Unless the room is free, find somewhere else to stay. If you receive poor service, expect no reparation, only immense frustration - totally not worth it!
