BUYER BEWARE - DON'T BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE!
We purchased a washer from the Midtown Home Depot, and it was a horrible decision. The washer was delivered damaged, the serial number didn't match our purchase, and the delivery men were extremely rude. When my wife expressed concern and wanted to call the store, one of the delivery men told her that they would put the new washer back on the truck if she made a phone call (which they did quickly). They drove off with our old washer....When we called to complain, we were given an empty apology and was informed that another washer would be delivered in 6 days. We were told that day that we could come pick up another washer from the store if we wished, but this would involve renting a truck. Since it's "free delivery," I guess you get what you pay for.
