WORST company ever!!! Very poor managed. Always new management, always new charges being added for treatments that should be paid with your monthly membership. ( I paid $99/month)
Never felt like I was at a spa where they had me in mind. Jo was the only happy, positive employee there. The current manager, Julie seems very not there and unhappy. I have had many issues with her saying she was going to do something, and it never happening. Such as crediting my account a free month, taking my card off file, putting notes in my account (but other employees said they never saw any notes) Just more of a hassle place, instead of a relaxing atmosphere. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, dont waste your hard earned money to this place!!! Pay a little more (or probably even less) to go to a REAL spa experience!!!!!
