Very overpriced monopoly set up between the school...

Very overpriced monopoly set up between the school and this company. I do not see any value for money for the packages they offer. I will complain to the school about this, but I begin to wonder if
there is some form of monetary exchange between the school and this company. It would be nice to know if this is true.
