I've worked with First Service since they purchased the previous property management firm. I'm the President of our condo corp. First Service has been a first class operation. Over the last 10 years we've had a couple of manager changes. Our present manager is the best we've had. First Service has been very proactive in assisting with energy savings. Their advice on Managing through the Covid - 19 has been very helpful. A good company to consider if your considering changing your property managment company. Our condo has 301 units, with a mix of 20 Townhouses, 6 Work Live units and 275 condo units in two mid rise buildings located in North East Oakville
