Best thing about this place is the cheap office rent with unbeatable value for money, since it's a few steps away from Chidlom BTS Station. The building is run down though, so dont expect pristine elegance. Smaller room options are available, but they're limited. I paid THB500/sqm in 2015 for a 40sqm room.
