After having a great experience with my daughter, I chose this er when the need came up for myself. I am a hard stick and I always warn anyone who's poking my veins. my nurse disregarded my warning and when the vein rolled he blamed me by saying "wow you have old lady skin". "this only happens with old people". He actually said this to me! After failing and blowing the next vein, another "great nurse" gave it a go and she poked me twice before the iv was up and running. The fantastic dr didn't believe my symptoms and completely ignored my concerns. Bottom line is I left feeling worse than before. I was disrespected, disregarded, disappointed and a person asking for help should never be led not to trust their own bodies.
