I got a cheaper rate at another car rental place and thought great deal..NOT i ended up standing in line for 20 minutes for them to not take my card because i didnt have a license in that state. Of course not dummy i flew here.... i called enterprise ...which by the way i use everytime i travel.... and in 5 min had a car booked. Walked over to the office which was next door to the crappy car rental place and in 5 more minutes i was in my car driving off. You truly get what you pay for and in this case crappy rental car place gave me nothing. Enterprise to the rescue again..... thanks.
The staff was very professional also. I love great customer service and i get it everytime i use enterprise.
