If you are not satisfied post-purchase the customer service is terrible. There is zero flexibility once the tags are off and they seem fine with the fact that an $80+ bra will sit in my drawer and not be worn because it is so uncomfortable. While the bra seemed to fit fine in the store, it did not fit well at all after an eight hour day. I'm very displeased with the service and won't be going back. I rather work with Nordstrom or Saks, which offers great service both during and after purchase. Truly disappointing after spend A LOT of money on both lingerie and swimwear in the store. And please don't reply with "we read our return policy to all customers". I know you do but it still is not enough from a customer experience standpoint. I was never looking for a refund, but rather an exchange and probably would have ended up buying an even more expensive bra to replace the one that was so uncomfortable.
