Expensive company. Friendly helpdesk. However, if you forget to pay, you immediately have to pay administrative costs. People sometimes forget things but obviously, Farys doesn't make any mistakes. This is not a customer friendly approach. A cost free reminder would be more customer friendly and 21st century appropriate!
