ZERO Customer Service! I m an understanding, patient, and kind person but waiting 2 months to get a MacBook fixed under a Repair Program when everyone at the store tells me my MacBook is ELIGIBLE but not covered, and therefore I am forced to pay is just unacceptable. I have been provided NO reason as to why from the repair depot (an outsourced company) and therefore no one at the store knows why either. Seriously? So unprofessional. Managers here make NO exceptions and don t really help you, they re just there to make the store more revenue, they re not there to help you. Still can t get my MacBook fixed because no one will help! Managers, admins, and technicians none of them will help. Stay away from this place, and go to another Apple Store!
