Although my new vehicle had a malfunction a week after purchasing, I could not complain because of the great service I received, i.e. the quick service, always a friendly and helpful service tech, a 'new' rental waiting for me right there so could drop off/get to work. Something that I have always noticed in years past (with my aging Tahoe) is 'happy/smiling/joking' employees in the service dept. It must be a great place to work!
