Julie Rose, as always, gave me great, honest advice. The appointment time was spot on. I arrived early and still had only a minimal wait to be served. They took care of my car quickly, and didn't pressure me with up-selling. I was glad I had my own part, however, so that all I needed was installation. The installation, which took less than an hour, still cost more more than $100. That's a lot, but I have come to expect that from a dealership.
