Horrible people that leave family loved ones with ...

Horrible people that leave family loved ones with no water...no showers...wet beds...while the staff sits and eats and sits on cell phones for hours.....horrible place.that has gone down hill and management doesn't do anything accept provide excuses for the staff. The problem is there is more than me that has complained on same issues. Many family members.lf the residents discuss together they feel the same and just scared what may happen to their lived one if say anything.
