I m not please with this company, I sign up with Provide aRide and they sends you a Lift driver or other companies that s not even provide a ride . These other companies that they send you are good for leaving the clients or not showing up . I m very disappointed. Another serious problem is the ladies who answer the phone they are very rude as if they don t want to be there plus you will be lucky if they answer the phone the longest I waited for a person was 50 mins I just hung up . Terrible service if you can find a better service go to them .Made a complain to the supervisor and he didn t have a care about my complaint. I hate this service and I m looking for new serve for my mother.
