Very bad experience. I had to move out of France and 2 years later I still fighting to close my account. I cannot even move my money to another bank because they refuse to change my phone number or address so I cannot receive the codes for the transference.
The mails have to be sent with "informed delivery" because otherwise the always claim that they did not receive any document. I already spent 300 euros in "informed delivery" letters.
Now a days all banks offer an on-line platform, so no benefits at all in ING bank.
