Marco was great really helpful straight foward and knows what he really is doing, i went looking for a car because my car was stolen and i explained the situation to marco, after looking for cars i decided that i wanted a honda civic si everything was great till i met their billing department guy Patrick he was not a people person, I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO PATRICK ABOUT MY CAR BEENING STOLEN AND THAT MY INSURANCE WAS WORKING ON IT AND THAT IT MIGHT TAKE UP TO A WEEK OR 2 for the insurance to give my stolen car a total loss, i bought the car on saturday and he told marco to call me because he needed proof, make story short this guy DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE, i went in to talk to.him and the other manager and told them i had no problem returning the car because as allways insurance takes a long time to settle debts and what not, but the way that they harass you is dumb, Like i said not a people person, Only good thing about the dealer was marco helping me find my car that guy deserves a star
