We just switched from another company to Smith Thompson. We are paying less than half of what we were previously paying per month. We got to use our current equipment. The technician who came by to switch the service/set everything up was very knowledgeable and friendly. He, and the company when we signed up, made it very easy to switch. We have been very pleased so far!
