I reserved a table for 10 ppl on Friday Dec. 27th, 2 weeks ago online. When I got there on Friday they said they had no record of my reservations.
The lady with the short hair and glasses, who I assumed was the manager was rude and didn't try to fix the problem, nor did she even apologize. She said there was nothing she could do, and that they were packed and it would be a 2 hour wait.
I heard they have new owners. Well the old owners were a lot more kind!
Not at all happy with the poor service!
