Less than a STAR! Went there to do appraisal for my truck and some manager told to his new member of staff (new guy & cool polite person) That the "manager" won't bother to do appraisal for customer or potential customer because I wasn't sure what I want? What is this pre-judgement, lowball service?I Wouldn't be doing any business with some arrogant, old-school, greedy characters. Very unprofessional attitude, I can only give you an advice: Customer is your bread, it's the fact that you can employ others and build your reputation. But if you select who is your client, you'll ended up with lower scores and unhappy clients which aren't nowhere near to do business with you. Please take off the tag "manager" cuz you haven't very much managed it.
