We went in line snd made a private appointment to have a salesperson help us. In this covid world we have someone who has health issues and we wanted to look at living room furniture. We sent a detailed message stating what we were looking for in a loveseat and recliner. Our sales person Beth met us at the door, she had three sets that fit our needs and showed us them. One set had not even made it online yet it was BRAND new to the store! Thanks to Beth Davis we were in and out of the store in 25 minutes and delivery in less than a week!
