I was reading over the reviews and I noticed that all the positive reviews gained responses from the owner/Manager of the facility. However I didn t see where anyone cared about the not so pleasing experiences. And quite frankly the families and people that had the unpleasent experiences, and not so good reviews, should have been reached out to as well, in hopes of correcting the issues! I also am in need of shelter, and I ve been a victim of DV, and it s not pretty! I had to pick a star in order to leave my comment, the one-star is in no way my opinion of the facility.
