UPDATE: After posting my review below, I received an answer to contact a woman named Lindsay Latsko. I have left her one voicemail message and sent several emails, but four weeks later I still haven t been offered any assistance or resolution to my complaint. I m lowering my review to 1 star! Ziegler got payed for the car I bought and since there was no follow up with me I guess they don t care about customers who buy those lower prized used vehicles.

I came in for a used car I had seen online. The listed price online was different than what I was quoted when I got into the dealer. There was an added fee for cleaning and detailing - are you kidding me! What serious dealer does that? I should add that the car wasn't that clean. The dashboard on the car was all dusty. In other words - Ziegler was going to charge me a fee for something they hadn t done! I have never encountered that detailing/prep fee before when buying a car from a dealer. However, in my negotiations I got that fee scrapped plus more off the price. I bought the car I wanted and it has been good so far (3 months). I payed one part with credit card and (since they only accept up to a certain amount on card) the rest with a personal check. I was told by the sales rep Abraham "Avi" Levine that they had to do a credit check to make sure the check had coverage. I asked whether it was a soft or a hard check (the hard ones affects your credit score negatively and I didn't want that). He said it was a soft check and all was good. A month later when I was checking my credit score I saw that Zeigler had done a hard credit check - just what I didn't want. Buyer be aware!
