I scheduled a sleep study which was 4 months out. I talked to 4 different people at Mercy Gilbert for reassurance that my scheduled sleep study was underway and everything was approved through my health insurance (I have good insurance). I called my health insurance (2 Months later) and I found out that the sleep study was never approved and I never received any kind of call from Mercy Gilbert to tell me this information. That's horrible service in my book.
