Has any one else had contact with Dr Palacios in Anesthesia? It was truly the weirdest phone conversation I have ever had.
I don t know what s up with this man!
He seems dysfunctional and confused for the department director!
It literally took weeks to speak with him and every question I had he couldn t produce a reasonable response. All of my concerns were met with slurred and very awkward responses.
At one point he was shouting at me and his speech was so slurred I couldn t make out a a single word he was saying! He then abruptly ended the conversation!
We opted to drive much farther and have our procedure done elsewhere.
Beware something is off with this physician!
