Welcoming and friendly staff, always looking for service details, going the extra mile. I had a great 7 nights stay, visiting from the Washington DC area. Rooms are neat and hotel section seems new or updated nicely. Since I was a gold member, buffet breakfast was complimentary and offered a variety each day. Sunday breakfast is the best, with Chicharron, morcilla, salchicha and mini tamalitos plus a gluten free option of pastries. Excellent, I would absolutely reserve once again the next time. Big.kudos for the hosts every morning at the breakfast restaurant. Forgot to use my welcome drinks for a great Pisco Sour, maybe the next time!
