Mostly overcrowded. We went there Wednesday around 2 pm and I assume the crowds were not as bad as closer to the evening (not as bad as some reviews here which I 100% believe so I think we were lucky). We waited outside for 20-30 min and this still seemed pretty standard (more like waiting for your timeslot thought there was none). When we went in it was super crowded but still OK (for Japanese standards). The projections were if a rather poor quality (but if you into selfies they come up well on pictures). You should walk where you want, no order. It sounds good but it creates a chaos. There are several rooms (to be found) with different docor. Two were ok but for other the wait time was over an hour, we skipped... Overall not worth it, too many people, too much waiting. On a side note we also went to Disney sea which was much much better for what we paid even with longish wait. (I mean same wait time of around 1h)
