Brought my car in for a 40 point inspection a coup...

Brought my car in for a 40 point inspection a couple weeks ago. I went to get my tires changed elsewhere and they were not able to take the lug nuts off as they were over torqued. After a bit of a struggle, we were able to get them off however one lug nut broke caused by them being over torqued. I called Capital dodge to see what could be done, spoke to 2 people about it, then was told I needed to talk to a manager?? All I was hoping for was a new lug nut, nothing else. They should consider giving their employees the power to take care of a complaint themselves, especially if it's only going to cost them $5. Not to mention the guy on the phone couldn't care less about what I had to say. I will gladly take my business elsewhere from now on.
