Recently purchased a new Ram sport from Josh at Capital Dodge and start to finish was one of the best car buying experiences we have had. With the addition of a suspension level kit and rims/tires, we also got to work with the parts and service team. Every step of the process was top notch. Starting with our sales dude Josh, who has to be the coolest most chill in the business - super knowledgeable and very helpful - but no pressure or bs. If there was an award for car salesman you would most want to go for a beer with, Josh would win hands down. Knowing we wanted some bigger tires, Josh connected my with Brian in the parts dept who was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Finally, I dealt with Josh in service who was also a pleasure to deal with. There was a bit of a hiccup with the install of one tire/rim, which they kept me fully aware of and took care of with no concern. Maryann was our finance person, she was also excellent to deal with.
