WARNING!!!! This hotel fails to honor vouchers from United
Airlines when issued. We had been issued a voucher to stay there on July 2nd to the morning of July 3rd. I called and verified with the desk that we were on our way. We arrived about 15 minutes later and was told by "Joy" the employee at the front desk that all rooms were gone and go away, go back to the airport! I informed him that the voucher reserves the room, he said not his problem, go back to the airport. He told us and two other couples the same that came in after us. I would give zero stars if possible.
