Recently due to a high eye pressure (30) I have been checked in the ophthalmology department. First, I was sent to the wrong waiting room by the receptionist. After waiting for more than half an hour, I decided to go to the reception to inquire whether the appointment is coming out, or that something might have gone wrong. The receptionist snarled at this that I had to join the queue with questions. My suspicion turned out to be correct that she had sent me to the wrong waiting room, but luckily I could go to the doctor / optometrist? However, it turned out that it no longer felt like it and rattled all investigations just as quickly. I was not informed about anything and I was told nothing about what was being examined, etc. Luckily there was someone with me (an optician) who could tell me afterwards what examinations have been carried out ........ .. After the examinations, I also had to ask myself what exactly the result was ... And, yes, the equipment was not cleaned first and for the first time in my life, I had an extremely intense eye infection. So I will never go here again.
