God help me, my loan has been transferred to loan care. I think this website was created in 1999 and hasn't been updated since.
Their portal is one of the worst experiences a human can have on the internet.
The welcome email's link to sign into your account is broken and sends you to a 403 error. The other image i included seems to follow me around. it says it's loading, but I don't think anything is really happening.
Want to log into your account for any reason? You better grab not have anything planned for the next 8 hours.
I think I'll ask them to avoid the internet and please communicate with me through snail mail only.
If you have any choice, please avoid at all costs.
