So today was a bummer day... As most of you know we rented a great lakehouse in City Of Holland, Michigan - City Hall for the past 30 months. My beautiful and amazing wife took care of the place like it was her own. Yes we have toddlers and yes things got damaged and worn. But keep in mind all the furniture was at least 20 years old probably older. That being said we got a $ 30 dollar check today from our $1800 security deposit. Truthfully the money isn't the issue. Its the ethics behind it. From the moment we moved in BVW properties was behind the ball and dishonest. From a 30 plus day broken dishwasher to a 14 day leaky pipe in the basement. Not to mention the home owners were very poor in character. I don't usually call people out but when you upset my wife and disrespect her I will speak up. Please share this and let people know this company will take advantage of you and leave you hanging. If you know my wife and have been to our home you know things are kept clean. Please share and let your friends in the West Michigan Market know who not to do business with.
