The rooms are mediocre and the service is bad. Everyone says they will do this or that (like call when room is ready, have bags delivered to room, deliver room service in x amount of time) but pretty much non of that happened... And contacting the staff took forever, seems like they are lacking a lot of necessary resources to deliver on what they promise.
