I've been an Internode customer for over 11 years. I'm on ADSL2+ all this time, and still haven't jumped on NBN. It's travelled with me across three different homes. Yes, you pay a little more than others, but I've never had any technical issues that meant unattended, and unresolved for more than 24 hours. I'm only call Internode pretty much, once a year. You're speaking with an Australian-based staff, and they are extremely knowledgeable. I thought to jump on today to leave a positive feedback here on Google as Luke H has just asisted me, and identified someone has been leeching free wifi off my network. Everything has been addressed within an hour, and the phone call was picked up within 30 seconds (granted, it's offpeak period). Thank you again Internode and team.
